Clear Water Casa

This house was so perfect!! The layout, amount of beds and restrooms for everybody and the back yard!!

Our family enjoyed the stay overall at Clearwater casa which provided ample room for our 16 family members. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the openness of the outside area. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. there was plenty of Cookware but all pots and pans were old and in very poor condition, all coated with Deteriorating Teflon. The cookware needs to be replaced. We had issues keeping the house cool enough during the day. We were told that because so many people were going in and out of the doors that the house heated up to around 78°. The house did cool down at night, not sure what the remedy is for this because during the summer people are going to be going in and out of the doors during the day.

Host was very informative and communicated very well before and during the stay. House was clean and had everything we needed for the time we stayed

We really enjoyed the fact that each bedroom had a private bath. The wildlife experience was great!

This house is perfect for my family of 10 people. Plenty of room , plenty of bathrooms and large kitchen.

Bedrooms large and comfortable bed. Kitchens was awesome . Pantry had every appliance you needed. Plenty dishware. Selected this home because each room had its own restroom and had private pool. Cabana was so nice. Deer watching enjoyed by all.

We rented this home for a bachelorette party. It was the perfect size and we really enjoyed the private pool. We also enjoyed that there were private bathrooms for every room. It was a great weekend getaway and was close to the main attractions that the Frio has to offer!

My family and I enjoyed our first time at your rental. The house and the pool was fabulous. Can’t wait to go back and experience it all over again.

Our family has gathered at Concan for many years. Our family outgrew the cabins we stayed at previously, so for the last few years we have rented a separate space for our adult children and grandchildren.

This property is perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so there was ample space for each family. The pool was an added bonus.

We’ve already reserved the house for next year.

The ClearWater Casa was perfect for our family.We enjoyed the pool and bar-b-Que area. The deer feeder was great everyone got to watch deer very close. Nice and quiet.

Our stay at Clear Water Casa was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for our party of 10, and it was awesome that the four bedrooms each had their own private bathroom! Also, the kitchen was huge and had plenty of room for everyone to mill around and hang out! Although the house was incredible, it didn't even hold a candle to outside the house. The backyard had corn hole, a fire pit, chairs everywhere, and the pool was simply amazing! There was a bar at the pool and plenty of chairs for everyone to hang out or just lay out in the sun! We definitely will be staying here again, but this time for several days so we can really enjoy the outside more and for longer! It was an amazing weekend!

The office was easy to find and the house was very convenient to everything. It was spotless. It was a very relaxing weekend. It was awesome having the pool and the kids got great use of it. All in all it was a very successful trip. The host was great as she called me immediately to tell me we left some hanging clothes. We were just down the road.

Wonderful home! This house had everything we needed including the things I forgot. Great AC and water pressure. The beds were really comfortable as well as the sofas. All the bedding, linens, and towels were clean. The house layout was great and the outdoor pool and cabana area was wonderful too. We saw deer in the back yard everyday! This was close to town, but felt very private and secluded. We will be back!

We had family coming from California, Oregon and Houston this place was big enough for all 16 of us we enjoyed outside activities especially the pool the deer were pleasant in the morning to watch with a cup of coffee I can’t complain about anything except the heat because the air conditioning didn’t work for the first couple of days but maintenance were there as soon as we called things like that happen I suppose other than that we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house

Our experience was good. The only thing about the house was there was only one till of toilet paper in each bathroom, the beds were made with top sheet on backwards and not tucked in. The dishes in the cabinets were not all clean. They still have food on some of them.
Over all though not to bad.

I had a wonderful experience, management was very helpful and informative always there when I needed a question answered. The home was beautiful inside and outside, it was clean and well maintained, has everything you need to prepare food. The view from the kitchen and porch is beautiful, you have deers visiting. My family and I had a lovely time. The river and stores are like 5 minutes away this home is in a great location. I definitely will be coming back.

I would totally recommend Clear Water Casa ! Total seclusion, waking up to lots of deer and at night also. The house has everything you need. Huge and spacious and very clean. Fire pit was awesome at night. Slept 9 comfortably work plenty room for more !

Clear Water Casa was a perfect home for our weekend getaway to the Frio. The house was spacious enough to accommodate several couples and children. Nice amenities with the pool, washer boards, fire pit. There is also a deer feeder that brings deer right up to the back of the home.
