Heartstone Lodge

Everything was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the home. This was our second year staying here. Our only complaint is that the outside benches around the picnic table need to be removed. Last year we has several stubbed toes. this year we had a broken toe along with a stubbed toe. This was a complaint last year as well. This is why the 3 stars for property general condition. The inside floor of this property was not as clean as the previous year. Floor was sticky and dirty upon arrival. The bedsheets in one beds hadn't been changed (had been slept in). Lastly the beds in the bunkroom had fireants in them. We found chips, chip/snack bags and snack crumbs under the mattress. I don't think the cleaning crew is doing a thorough job. It's such a beautiful place in a great location. We will definitely rebook and hopefully these issues will have been addressed.

House was beautiful, rooms were big and bed was very comfy. The outside area was very nice and spacious, river was not far at all, we had a great time and would recommend this house for a large family.

This house was perfect for our family reunion.

We've stayed at other Frio Premier rentals and they have all been great. Everyone in the family said this is their favorite, so we will not hesitate to come back next year.

Spacious, comfortable home. All the amenities needed.

The house was beautiful and very spacious; however, if we had realized it was the FIRST house when you enter the property (therefore the FURTHEST from the river), we would not have stayed there. Also, everyone stubbed their toes on the outside table and my sister broke two toenails on it . It also says there are 6.5 bathrooms, where was the half bath located? We had to call maintenance on Saturday morning because the oven wouldn’t turn on (it was on sabbath mode). I would recommend checking the ovens before guests arrive.

We had a great time and experienced. I loved the spacious in all the rooms, and the amenities that came with the house. The only thing I do recommend is to get more supplies like tongs, cutting boards, and etc.

everything was great, it was of the cleanest houses i've ever rented.
the pool need to be skimmed but other than that it was was wonderful and management is very on top of things.

The Heartstone Lodge is by far one of the best vacation rentals in Concan that we have stayed in. The property was top of the line from its cleanliness to the the smallest of its amenities that were provided. The home is within walking distance to the river which was nice. There was ample parking. We enjoyed the pool and the kiddos loved the playground. We loved that there is "not" many bunkbeds in this home. This was nice for us adults. Aside from some of the family constantly stubbing their toes on the outside wooden benches, our stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back next year.

The home was new and spacious. Kitchen was excellent. Home is very clean and organized. AC is very cold in the home. Unfortunately, the external AC for the outdoor bedroom was broken during the stay.

It was amazing! Our family had a blast. The house had more than enough space. Our only complaint is the outdoor table. Everyone kept running into it and getting their toe stubbed
