the agency stayed in touch with me right up until arrival, all as pictured on web site. $ bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, great for our groups 4 couples. Nice pool, greta view of the hills out all back windows and patio. Great covered pation with seating for the eight of us. We awere able to watch all the college footballl games on the large screen TV. Dineer at The Laurel Tree was superb. Could not ahve been a better weekend. Thanks

Third time staying here with my family and as always we had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay. This is our second year to stay at this house. We like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The property was clean and has pretty much everything you need. The pool is a plus, especially if the river is low. Access to the river is close. We do still rent a golf cart to get our stuff to and from the river.

Luckily someone cancelled and we were able to book this house last minute. We cooked all of our meals - don't forget cooking spray/oil and spices! Along with other cooking essentials - foil, foil pans, etc. We did have an ant problem by the pool - someone came over to take a look but couldn't treat because they didn't find an active mound. Patio was perfect and the washer/dryer was a plus. We will be booking again for next year.

Our stay at River Dance was amazing. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the house or in the pool. A great bonus was that each bedroom had a restroom. The river access was not too far from the house but the river was low in this area. We did find a great spot a short drive from the house.

Enjoyed our yearly visit to the Frio! The property was clean, and all amenities were included as stated. Sara always provides excellent customer services and can answer any questions that may arise. We love how close the home is to the river as well as local shops. Our stay was fantastic, and we can't wait till next year.

Everything was really nice and cozy. The only thing was the A/C even after the sun had gone down and we’re all sleeping it still wasn’t very cool but it wasn’t anything that really bothered us or kept us awake. It was still very nice and overall would stay again and recommend.

The rental was so nice and well kept. My family truly enjoyed it. No worries or problems.

I was unable to stay due to a surgery but my four brothers were able to enjoy the weekend there. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Check in went seamlessly,the manager provided good friendly customer service. It is just steps away from the river and in a very beautiful and quiet area. My brothers enjoyed the fire pit Saturday night. Positive recommendations for this property to friends and relatives for groups of up to 10 people. The price was in line for the area but wish it was more reasonable(don't we all). I am not sure what restaurant they went to but it was good but due the time of the year, the only one open. They did go down to the river which they said was kinda low right now but still flowing.

This was my family’s second stay at (River Dance) and once again the stay was perfect. Great location close to the river and in a perfect neighborhood. The house is very well kept up with and has a great view with huge windows that over look the back yard and hill country. Can’t wait to stay again next year.

River Dance was perfect for a weekend getaway for our family and friends. While we did experience an issue with the air conditioner not cooling, the manager on duty was very prompt in addressing our concern and had a repairman there the next morning. The home had everything needed to enjoy the area. We will definitely plan another stay here!

Beautiful home in the hill country! The home was the perfect size for our extended family. The house was very clean, and the swimming pool was a great bonus! The staff were very helpful. We did have a few issues arise. The coffee pot didn’t work, but someone dropped off a new one right away. The dryer wouldn’t get hot to dry the clothes, but we were able to use a dryer a few houses down from our rental. I would also note that the oven did not work. The cooktop & broiler worked, but not the oven part. There is also a grill. There is a very strong septic smell when you run the shower in the bathroom closest to the laundry room. Overall, the house was great! You have 2 river access points inside the gated community within walking distance. There is a convenience store close by. Great Location!

A few extra things you will need to bring: beach towels, extra washcloths, kitchen washcloths & pot holders.

One bathroom had an awful smell every time you showered. River Dance was close to the river but if you do not want to carry your belongings to the river rent a golf cart ( I was not aware of this). This was the first time we rented in this gated subdivision and it was amazing. An overnight rain made the river not safe to float and the mgmt messaged us to let us know first thing in the morning!

The Frio River is a great vacation destination and we loved the property that we choose to stay in. The on-line booking feature was easy to use and had many homes listed for rentals to choose from. The Frio Premier Rental Homes property managers were very customer orientated, very helpful, and accommodating to our requests. W@e enjoyed our time spent at the Frio river and our River Dance Property in Concan.

We all enjoyed this location. The floor plan worked out perfectly for us. Having the bedrooms separated was a wonderful idea. The proximity to river access was another plus.Saw all kind of wildlife which nade foe enjoyable watching. Super place for small groups.

This rental home was amazing. It had beautiful views and the deer was a plus. My family enjoyed the time we stayed there.

Beautiful home but disappointed when we got there. The house was not cleaned properly, it was very dusty and dead bugs by the windows. I was expecting for it to be very clean for the price I’m paying. Property management sent someone and that person refused to wear a face mask!! On the outside there was a dirty ice chest that was not cleaned. Aside from this there is a bee hive close to the house and att one point we couldn’t go out because back porch was full of bees. I would add pics if it was allowed.

We had a great stay. The property was close to the river and had wonderful amenities. They house is set perfectly for a group or large family.

We had a couple of lights malfunction at the beginning of our stay and the maintenance man was there promptly to repair them. My only complaint and it is not towards the rental agency is that the pool boy showed up and was very unprofessional. Would prefer not to have to deal with him again, otherwise it was an excellent house and we would definitely rent again!!!

We had such an amazing time at River Dance! The home was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for our family. We had the opportunity to see plenty of wildlife and witness a beautiful rainstorm on the back patio. We were about 10 minutes from Garner State Park and had river access from the home. We definitely recommend Frio Premier Rental Homes and will definitely be returning in the years to come!
