Ryder's Ridge

Our rental experience was amazing as usual. We love Ryders Ridege and are already looking forward to booking again next summer.

Had a great time as always! This house works great for our bunch of 4 families vacationing together. Very nice improvements from last year down by the river. Excellent service in the small issues we had. Most importantly a beautiful spot on the river. Plan to book for many summers

Overall great experience. The toilet in front bedroom would not flush and we could not get the outside ceiling fans to work. Great house and view.

We truly enjoyed staying at Ryder’s. There was plenty of room to celebrate our son’s birthday and our daughter’s graduation. Several college aged young adults came with us to relax and enjoy the last few days before school started.
There was not enough water to float the river but that didn’t stop the fun. We loaded drinks & sandwiches two of the days and headed to Neal’s water slid & water hole. We were able to enjoy good times, good conversations, many laughs and made great memories.

Beautiful home in a great location. My only complaint is the house was hot and thermostat is locked. One side of the home and common area was much hotter than the other side. We could kind of understand the house being hot during the day, but all rooms were warm during the night and made sleeping uncomfortable.

We travel to the Frio every year with a large group. This year we needed a second house as grandbabies are now starting to come along. It’s a great house on the river with a view of the river. Great backyard with Astroturf where the babies could safely play Underneath a huge shade tree. Lots of room for everybody to spread out and the house came well appointed. Will definitely be renting this house again next year.

House was great and in a perfect location on the river. Clean and well maintained. We had a couple of water issues in the house - one was under kitchen sink which we were able to fix the other with a shower handle. Management answered and addressed very quickly. We could have used another large skillet for the kitchen but overall it was great

Our first time staying at Ryder's Ridge. Great house that our entire family enjoyed. Lots of room, clean, very well equipped and a great location.

The house is beautiful, but was very dusty. The patio was big but the water in the pool was murky. The hot tub did not work and the person that shock the pool that we reported it too did nothing about it.The kitchen was big but I had to buy pans because the pans that were available were horrible.

Three generations of our family just spent our 3rd stay at Ryder's Ridge. RR is spacious, clean, has a great floor plan, and is high on a ridge that overlooks the beautiful Frio River. Everything was amazing, and we will be back for our 4th Family Vacation to Ryders Ridge!

We stay at the Frio every year and every year we never want to leave. Tjis uear was no different. Our family's stay was amazing. I rented Ryder's Ridge and my parents rented Kisiah's Bluff. The river was way too low to do anything on it but that's nature. There was plenty of room in the house and every room having its own bathroom was a plus. The only downside was not being able to control the thermostat because of it being code locked. One side of the house was super cold and the other side was hot. We still had a vacation we will never forget.

We had an amazing stay at Ryders Ridge it was out first time staying there, and we all decided we’re getting it next year. Have nothing bad to say about the house, it was perfect. The staff and property managers, were all very nice and super helpful! We loved it being golf cart friendly with a cart trail, made carrying our gear down to the river so much easier. We had a few friends who had never been to the frio, and they thought it was the coolest time.

Our families enjoyed our stay so much. The house is amazing, It is big, clean and beautiful . Pools and hut tubs are awesome. On top of that, the service from the rental company was top of the line.

Ryder's Ridge was amazing! The house was gorgeous, with a wonderful layout. The back patio/pool area was amazing and the gathering place for our family! The views and property were just wonderful, my new favorite house for our Frio trips!

Love everything about the house and especially the backyard area.The only draw back was it having two master bedrooms, had to put 2 twin air mattresses in one of the rooms. Already booked for next year.

The staff was amazing to work with. This is our second visit to this house. One of my clients that stayed with me is considering renting this house and the one across the street for a family retreat.

Beautiful rental right on the frio river. The house itself was wonderful and the rental company easy to work with and communicate. We did have quite a few issues with the heating of the pool, hot tub and the thermostat in the house. These are all controlled by the owners who live elsewhere so the rental company acts as the go between to control the temperatures. We were disappointed with this, however every other aspect of the rental and location was great!

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME EVERYTHING WAS NEAR BY. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY WE ONLY HAD A FEW PLUMBING PROBLEMS IN TWO OF THE BATHROOMS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HOME OTHER THAN THAT WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME WE ARE FOR SURE GOING BACK THIS SUMMER....
