Double L River House

We rented this house for a bachelor/bachelorette trip and did not disappoint! Frio Premier Rental Homes is top notch when it comes to communication and hospitality. Double L has every amenity needed and the location can't be beat. We will definitely rent this house again when we visit the Frio with a large party.

The house is great for a big group. The patio and pool is set up great for families with kids.

Great experience, extended family loved everything about it, including all the things to do at the house.

We've been renting homes in Concan for our annual "guys" trip for 15+ years. This home by far has been the best! Great layout, wonderful accommodations, awesome views from the patio with "mancave" garage as well.

We loved our stay here we were so close to the river it was beautiful. We walked everyday we were there. The heating pool was amazing the kids enjoyed it every day.

This place was lovely. Spacious yet cozy enough for our family. Love the fact that we're only a walk away from the river, have a pool, sand volleyball, fire pit and a big kitchen. This was our home away from home. Hoping to come back soon.

It was a great weekend. Had so much fun reconnecting with family we don't see very often. My Grandkids got to meet cousins they didn't know they had. Double L Ranch was perfect for my large family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The house is perfect for large families. Everything we needed was there.

Double L Ranch House is a spacious, beautiful home that met every need. The kitchen was well thought out with double appliances (there’s a third fridge in the game room). You do not have to bring anything except food, spices and condiments. The kitchen has EVERYTHING else that you would need. We had 17 people in our party with age ranges from high school students, college students, and parents. Although the river was too low to float, we still had an amazing time hanging out at the pool, playing ping pong, corn hole, connect four, and having the “old people” show up the young ones in a feverish game of beer pong on the customized beer pong table. All of this while listening to our favorite tunes through the outdoor mounted speakers. The owners and management team are very responsive and easy to work with. Although we didn’t need one this year, Emily’s golf cart rentals are reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back here next year.

Love they home very well equipped. Spacious had more than enough room will definitely visit again. Highly recommend this home for big family.

The Double L River House is perfect for our large family from the spacious bedrooms, large bunk bed room, well equipped kitchen, large seating areas both inside and out, pool, sand volleyball court, game room, fire pit, and close proximity to the river. The owner has literally thought of everything to make a large family’s stay throughly enjoyable.

The place is beautiful! There was something to do for everyone. We found everything we needed to do our Thanksgiving. We loved how clean it was. We will be back soon!

My family had a wonderful time at the Double L Ranch. The house is very spacious, the way the bedrooms are arranged we weren't on top of one another. very private with our own bathrooms. Plenty of seating room for meals. Everything needed in kitchen. We enjoyed the game room and pool area. Kids had a ball. Not far from Frio river.

This house is at a great location to the river for drop in, get out or just sitting down in the water. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is great for cooking large meals. The only down fall would be the coffee makers. One leaks from the bottom and makes a huge mess (cooks).

This is the 3rd year our family vacations in this home. We love it because it includes a private pool, private game room, and private volleyball court. We utilize all of these areas. In addition, the river is just about a block away. The home was very clean. It is also very roomy with more than sufficient seating inside and out. We plan to reserve the place again.

This is our 5th year staying at the Double L and we love it every year. Definitely a Great location. The property is very beautiful & the managers provide great customer service. We have had great memories there with our family and friends.

Very clean and comfortable for our large group. The kitchen supported all of our cooking and meal prep. Easy river access down the street. 10/10 will stay again!
